Service and acceptable use

Dippod provides AI-assisted flashcard learning, including pods, beans, spaced repetition, and AI chat. Features may change, be added, or removed over time.

• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, bypass limits, or disrupt the Service.
• Do not misuse automation to spam, scrape, or overload the Service.

User content and licenses

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant Dippod a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display your content to operate and improve the Service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and use your content.

AI features and outputs

AI-generated content is provided for learning assistance and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding how to use them.

Do not rely on AI outputs as professional advice.

Paid plans and billing

Some features require payment. Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Stripe, Apple App Store, or Google Play). Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled.

Taxes may apply. Refunds are handled according to provider policies and applicable law.

Promotions and points

Invite codes, referrals, and points are promotional features with no cash value. We may modify or end promotions at any time.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or security risks.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the extent permitted by law, Dippod is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new date. Continued use means acceptance.
